Open only to legal U.S. residents who reside within the Dominion Energy service territory in Virginia, are current Dominion Energy customers in good standing, are not enrolled in the Smart Thermostat Rewards, EV Charger Rewards, EV Telematics Rewards, Water Energy Rewards, or Net Metering Programs, and are 18 years of age or older. Promotion Period
Dominion Energy’s Peak Time Rebates Program promotion begins at 6 am ET on (January 8, 2026) and ends at 11:59 pm ET on (February 8, 2026) (“Promotion Period”).

Only a current Dominion Energy customer as of (January 8, 2026) may enter. During the Promotion Period, participants may enter to win by completing an enrollment in the Peak Time Rebates Program at https://www.dominionenergyptr.com/
By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to receive marketing information about Dominion Energy’s Energy Conservation programs.
Fulfillment
- Dominion Energy’s Peak Time Rebates Program team will randomly select one (1) winner from all entrants.
- By 5PM ET on (February 11, 2026), Dominion Energy’s Peak Time Rebates Program team will request delivery information from the winner via the email address provided by the entrant. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
- Dominion Energy’s Peak Time Rebates Program team will email the digital gift card directly to the winner.
